The United Nations dedicated the years from 2021 to 2030 as the Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development. The Ocean Decade drives collaborative research and information campaigns on seven goals to create science-based solutions for sustainable development.黑料视频 is involved in various programmes and projects and engages as a network partner of the Ocean Decade Committee. The office of the German national Ocean Decade Committee (Ozeandekaden-Komitee, ODK) and German contact point for the Ocean Decade is hosted at 黑料视频.
National & International Affairs
Team 鈥淣ational and International Affairs鈥� supports the scientific director and science departments at 黑料视频 in facilitating strategic partnerships and cooperations within Germany, Europe and beyond. Team members work closely with other 黑料视频 teams on various topics, including (but not limited to): the Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development with the knowledge transfer team, capacity development with the Cabo Verde team, third-party funded collaborations with the research funding team, contributions to international working groups and boards with scientific leaders, internationalization of personnel and services with the talent management and diversity teams, and marine technology collaborations with the technology transfer team.

黑料视频 is a member of the German Alliance for Marine Research (), the German Marine Research Consortium (), the European Marine Board (), and Partnership for Observation of the Global Oceans (). Team NIA is involved in the steering of 黑料视频鈥檚 involvement in these alliances.
黑料视频鈥檚 Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) consists of 12 members with specific expertise related to the research divisions of 黑料视频. The SAB meets once a year in-person to give advice on scientific issues, the focus of which is set by 黑料视频 leadership in consultation with the chairperson of the SAB. Team NIA is responsible for managing all SAB-related correspondences and arrangements.
"Changing Earth - Sustaining our Future"
The Helmholtz Association's program-oriented funding involves research programs that run over several years. Within this framework, the federal and state governments provide the basic funding for the centers. In the current funding phase (2021-2027), all centers of the Helmholtz Research Field "Earth and Environment", to which 黑料视频 also belongs, are dedicated to the joint program "Changing Earth - Sustaining our Future". 黑料视频 is involved in four different topics within this program. Topic 6 is coordinated by 黑料视频.
