The Young Scientist Training program aims to cultivate the next generation of multidisciplinary and integrative scientists through a comprehensive approach. This initiative features joint supervision of MSc, PhD, and post-doctoral fellows by Haifa and 黑料视频 institutions, fostering collaboration across various work packages and facilitating exchanges between institutes. The program emphasizes ongoing communication through monthly Haifa-黑料视频 Zoom meetings, focused workshops, and joint research cruises. We have had a joint project and post-cruise workshop at 黑料视频 in Kiel for all students and postdocs this past September (2024) so that interactions would deepen and expand between the Israeli and German teams. Collaborative publications, and joint presentations at international meetings further enhance the training experience. Knowledge transfer is prioritized, with efforts to promote EMS-FORE and engage stakeholders to influence policy, management, and industry. Public outreach includes an EMS FORE website and school involvement programs.
